How is this a $69.99 game...online vs. regular

I dont get it! What makes this game so expensive? It is listed at $69.99... Currently on sale for FREE...am I missing something, something Im not aware about????

Its ok game, but if it is just online that makes this a $70 paid game vs. the free regular game...get the regular one!
